The Governors of Cwmffrwdoer Primary School are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher who is able to provide stimulating, exciting and challenging opportunities to enable all learners to reach their potential.
This is an exciting time to join our thriving learning community at Cwmffrwdoer Primary School. Our vibrant, innovative school is located in Pontypool with 240 pupils on roll which includes a part-time nursery.
We are proud of our strong community ethos and wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do as a school. We are continually developing our creative curriculum which values rich, authentic learning experiences and a commitment to high standards in a nurturing environment. We are strongly committed to further developing our work on diversity and anti-racism.

We are looking for applicants who have an excellent understanding of Curriculum for Wales and the ability to lead an ALoE.
You should also be able to work effectively and independently, using your own initiative, as well as be reliable, resilient, flexible and proactive.
Applicants need to be able to effectively work together as members of our strong school team and contribute fully to the life of the school including extra-curricular activities.
