We are looking for a great person to develop and lead our children’s residential service during an exciting time of growth, as we progress our plans to open more children’s homes for local children.
The role of the team manager is integral in supporting our home managers to deliver excellent, quality experiences to the children that we care for, as well as nurture our team members so that they feel enabled and motivated.
You will be passionate about making a difference and a positive, enthusiastic leader and will be supported by a dedicated, experienced team.
