Your daily routine will
- Visiting service users across the County Borough.
- Assessing individual needs and recommending suitable TEC equipment.
- Installing and testing telecare devices.
- Demonstrating equipment use and ensuring users feel confident.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with colleagues and external partners.
About you: Do you have:
A minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grade A - C) which must include English language or the Welsh equivalent
NVQ II or equivalent in Technology Enabled Care or Care
OR Evidence of substantial experience in a relevant role / lived in experience
*There are no formal qualifications required for this role, as full training will be provided
