Fundamental to our success will be the development of the visitor experience on the Farm and visitor revenue streams and we're looking for a Visitor Experience Manager to play a leading role in developing our public offer ready for our grand opening.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone with strong management and leadership experience. You will be recruiting, leading and developing the visitor team, working alongside the Farming Manager and Chef Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences growing a passion for farming in our visitors. Working across departments you will operationally plan and deliver our wide-ranging public programme and daily duty management of the site.
You will be a strategic thinker, confident negotiator with excellent communication skills. You will use your knowledge and expertise in a visitor attraction or leisure environment to grow the number of visitors and grow our satisfaction score.
You will also lead on our non-food retail development working alongside the Chef Manager and delivering a 'destination' Farm Shop.
We are also looking for someone that can help to develop and deliver the wedding and events business either in house or in partnership as we look to grow the events on the Farm.
Working regular weekends and some evenings depending on the events business we need someone passionate and dedicated to experience delivery.
