Disgrifiad o'r swydd

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Carer to join our team. As a Night Carer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users during the night. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care and support to service users
Assisting with mobility and transfers

Monitoring health and well-being
Administering medication as required
Responding to emergencies and providing first aid
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Ensuring a clean and safe environment
